I love the endless possibilities with wedding paper and design. I’m so happy that Matt and Chelsie chose me to design their wedding invitations – which also led to menus and programs. I haven’t done many square tri-folds in the past simply because not many people ask for them (it does cost a little extra for postage to mail square envelopes.) I adore how this set turned out. I just needed a little inspiration from the client, colors, overall look and feel and then I added a little bit of my own touch. So many fun personal details were included, like the fall leaves, perfect for an October wedding. They also requested that I somehow include an image of the wedding venue, they really liked the old vintage door at the winery. I wasn’t sure how I was going to make their request a reality, I don’t have photos on hand of venues from states hundreds of miles away from me. But I spent some time looking and looking for not only a nice image but one that had a high enough resolution that would print well, that was not easy. But as I searched through the photos on the facebook page of winery I was able to find a few that worked perfectly, I was so happy I found those, I wanted to make sure their vision of the perfect invite came to life. Then it was time for me to draw out the map. I drew every detail in illustrator and then highlighted the main points of interest, such as the church, the venue and the accommodation locations. I also designed a matching rehearsal dinner card to go with the set. I love the end result.
When you order custom with me, I know you may be thinking it might not be worth it, but rest assured, I put in the time and effort to make sure you get exactly what you want, down to every last detail. Simply share your ideas, and leave it up to me to put it all down on paper 🙂
Congratulations Matt and Chelsie, I wish you all the best!!!
Congratulations Aly and Ben! I love the custom details I designed for this couple, the timeline with the cute wedding icons and the custom map for the wedding location and accommodations. I think all the details work perfectly in a folded card like this one, giving the wedding guests all of the information in one place.
Custom event time lines and custom drawn maps can be included with any invitation order, I love custom details like these!
Don’t you just love this couple’s engagement photos? They are so perfect, I love that she is wearing that cute dress in the winter snow, mush have been freezing, but you can’t even tell! Nicole wanted to order two designs, a flat invitation and a boutique folded. I used the same text format, simply arranged the photos differently, both turned out great! I don’t normally like using dark colors with light colors, black and blush pink. But this one totally works.
Congratulations Nicole and Monte!!! I loved designing your invitations!
Congratulations to Joyce and Peter! Such a beautiful couple, I hope you had an amazing wedding day. Their invitation was designed to be clean and simple yet modern with classic font and little design elements in the text to give it a little something extra. It also has a pretty grey damask pattern in the background and completed with blush pink envelopes. I also designed matching programs for the wedding day. These cards were 5×7″ folded so all of the information and details could easily be included without crowding the space. Classic and beautiful!
From my sketch book to a wedding invitation. Trying a few different things lately, I wanted to come up with spring invitation suite that wasn’t too bold and over the top but subtle in design and color but totally says spring. I thought I would use some flowers that I have drawn in my sketch book. I outlined the images in black ink and took a photo. From there I was able to remove the outline of the flower from my photo and create a beautiful flower graphic that be used as a nice accent in any design. For this design I overlayed the flowers with a pretty light pink and soft pastel blue. The gold foil look in the names also gives it a modern/trendy look. These invitations also look amazing on our pearl paper, it gives the white a nice subtle shimmer, I love it! Order this design now, just in time for your spring wedding. www.jeneze.com.
Ashley wanted a fall look and fee for her invitations so she sent me the image of her colors in the beautiful floral arrangement below. So going off those colors, peach, green, golden orange and maroon, I design a fun and very fall looking wedding invitation set. Because you work one-on-one with me, the designer, you can get just what you want, from design elements to colors, and more. So send me your inspiration and I will work my magic!
Congratulations Ashley and Justin! I hope you had a beautiful and perfect wedding!
Today I’m sharing this fun travel themed invitation set that I designed for Sheena and Chris. They wanted to share their love for traveling in their invitations, as you can see in their photos, looks like they have been to some cool places. Design is complete with their favorite photos, map, rsvp and wedding details. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Chakeres!!!
I really enjoyed this pretty custom wedding invitation for Patty and James. The set is complete with a gorgeous engagement photos, a RSVP card, lavender envelopes and a custom drawn map to Louland Falls. I love the chalkboard look and the colors. Their photos were taken by another local favorite, Amber Shaw Photography, aren’t they amanzing? And since it’s Friday or as some people like to call it, follow Friday, if you are planning a wedding in Utah, be sure to follow Amber and Louland Falls on social media.
Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Thomas! I hope you had the perfect wedding day!
Sharing another fun typography design in a boutique invitation style. I love the soft beach look with the brown and turquoise. Congratulations Amara and Eric! Thank you so much for ordering your invitations with me, I love how they turned out!
Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend! I have a lot of invites to share this month, I’m super excited because there were so many that I designed over the summer but wanted to wait to share until the wedding dates happened. To start off the month I thought I would share this one, this couple was married on Saturday, and one of my favorite local photographers took their pictures, Starlit Photography. Love the light tan and blush pink, it give it that rustic country feel without going to crazy with design elements and fonts. Congrats Aubrey and Blaine!
