It’s so much fun being a small part in beautiful inspiration shoots like this one. A little vintage romantic feel with beautiful garden roses and greens and of course some gold. Utah has so many wonderful and talented wedding vendors. I’m so blessed to know them and to be able to work with them in this industry. I have the most amazing job ever! I know I say that a lot but I really love what I do. Hopefully you can find some inspiration for your wedding in these beautiful photos below. See more on Abbey Kyhl’s blog.

In recent years wedding trends included the burlap and lace, the chalkboard look and of course the DIY everything bride, which is great, don’t get us wrong, but ready for something new? This year is all about being classic and simple, neutral color pallets with a little bit of sparkle. Our favorite ideas include:
The rustic boho outdoor Wedding
This look can be so beautiful at any outdoor location, using natural and colorful flowers, lace wedding gowns and grooms with rustic beards and non-traditional attire.
We are also loving the idea of National Park locations like Zion’s with it’s beautiful Red Rock or rocky mountain locations like Yosemite with gorgeous peaks and sparkling lakes.
Want to see some beautiful wedding photos that showcase the outdoors? One of my favorite photographers, Tyler Rye, does such amazing work!
Getting your bling on with metallics and shimmer
Metallics can be so versatile, combined with either a rustic theme or a formal event. Just don’t go too over the top, but a nice shimmer in the silverware or table setting is perfect. A brides maid dress that glimmers in the sunlight or a little brush of gold on the wedding cake. Rose Gold is sure to be a big hit this year!
Emphasis on Intimate
Isn’t it really all about you and the ones you love? Just be you, and do what makes you happy, don’t worry about breaking the bank, just enjoy the moment and what’s it’s all about! You will treasure this day for the rest of your life. Your family and closest friends are what makes it special and worth remembering.
Hope you enjoyed a little bit of wedding inspiration today! Come see us for all your invitation needs!
Today’s feature on the Utah Valley Bride, Pretty in Pink! So excited to see so many pretty photos taken by Creole Art Photography. I designed the invitation suite, complete with table numbers and dinner menu. Blush pink has been THE color this year, a favorite choice for brides, I think a least half of the invites I designed this year had pink and I love it. Check out the other amazing wedding vendors evolved and see my favorites below!

Happy wedding day Melanie and Kolton! I hope you day is perfect and amazing!
The bride requested these beautiful colors for her invitation set. Blush pink, gold and cream. A wedding favorite this year, and I love it! If I could do the wedding thing again myself I would for sure go with some gold and pink, such a beautiful color combo. I looked up some lovely inspiration in case you are going with this color theme. So many fun options. I especially love all the pretty wedding cakes I found and I think I would definitely do some pink cotton candy at my reception. So if you are thinking pink and gold let us design the perfect invitations for your wedding.
Enjoy some pretty inspiration below, happy Friday!
I think the number one color request in wedding invitations I’ve had this year is blush pink along with colors in the same range, coral, soft coral, pinks and peaches. Our custom invitation set below represents those colors perfectly. It also showcases some simple flourish designs to give it a little bit of a garden or summer look and feel. I found this lovely inspiration board on Fab Mood, they have endless ideas for any wedding, but I thought this one was especially beautiful.
I love that weddings today can be anything you want them to be, if you want your invites to look more casual and fun there are so many possibilities. These invitations work perfectly for this adorable couple. Simple and fun fonts with their wedding colors, lavender and grey and little bit of green. I think this is one of my most popular color combinations especially for a spring or summer wedding. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Larson! Hope you had the perfect wedding day!
Happy Wedding Planning!
So excited to share this beautiful collaboration today! The inspiration was set up by the very talented Leslie Dawn Events and captured by photographer Stephanie Sunderland, who is also very talented as you can see by the images posted below. The location of the event was at the Springville Art Museum and if you have been there you know the look of the museum has that Spanish/Barcelona flare to it, perfect location for this Spanish Wedding Inspiration Shoot!
