I love the endless possibilities with wedding paper and design. I’m so happy that Matt and Chelsie chose me to design their wedding invitations – which also led to menus and programs. I haven’t done many square tri-folds in the past simply because not many people ask for them (it does cost a little extra for postage to mail square envelopes.) I adore how this set turned out. I just needed a little inspiration from the client, colors, overall look and feel and then I added a little bit of my own touch. So many fun personal details were included, like the fall leaves, perfect for an October wedding. They also requested that I somehow include an image of the wedding venue, they really liked the old vintage door at the winery. I wasn’t sure how I was going to make their request a reality, I don’t have photos on hand of venues from states hundreds of miles away from me. But I spent some time looking and looking for not only a nice image but one that had a high enough resolution that would print well, that was not easy. But as I searched through the photos on the facebook page of winery I was able to find a few that worked perfectly, I was so happy I found those, I wanted to make sure their vision of the perfect invite came to life. Then it was time for me to draw out the map. I drew every detail in illustrator and then highlighted the main points of interest, such as the church, the venue and the accommodation locations. I also designed a matching rehearsal dinner card to go with the set. I love the end result.
When you order custom with me, I know you may be thinking it might not be worth it, but rest assured, I put in the time and effort to make sure you get exactly what you want, down to every last detail. Simply share your ideas, and leave it up to me to put it all down on paper 🙂
Congratulations Matt and Chelsie, I wish you all the best!!!
I love this pocket set I designed for Kelly and Avelino! So many pretty little details brought the whole thing together. I used classic but beautiful fonts, some lace details and a combination of navy, to light blue to silver. Pocket invitations are great because you can include whatever you need or want to include, in this case, there was an invitation to the ceremony and then the pocket included reception information, guest accommodation information and the rsvp card, along with a list of things to do in the area. Most couples now and days include all of this information on a wedding website but I love that some people still send it on paper, I think it feels more special that way and guests really feel loved and included.
Pretty programs were also designed to match the invitation look and theme.
An idea of the bride and groom. Each guest received a special gift from the couple, a jar of home made jelly, such a sweet and fun gesture, I’m sure guest loved this special gift!
Purple has definitely been a big favorite this summer for weddings. This couple wanted their photo invitations to have that classic formal look with the text but wanted to include some design elements that gave it a more modern look and feel. Navy and purple with cream and white lace. Beautiful engagement photos compliment all the fine details. Congratulations Liz and Brandon, I hope your wedding day was perfect!
I designed this lovely announcement for my super sweet and beautiful neighbor Lexie. I love having the opportunity to design invitations for people I know. The couple wanted me to use navy and maroon with some gold and lavender. The end result was some pretty flowers with pretty royal colors, perfect for a winter wedding. Yes, still kind of winter here in Utah. Congratulations Lexie and Jacob, I’m so happy for you and I wish you all the best!
Happy New Year readers!!! Jeneze Designs had an amazing 2015! Hope you did too! I’ve worked with so many wonderful customers this year, lots of new brides and grooms, return mother’s of brides, wedding planners, and customers I’ve known for years. It’s been such a great year, my business continues to grow and I couldn’t do it without all of the support I get from family, friends, local wedding businesses and of course my customers. Wishing you all the best in the new year, I’m so looking forward to 2016!
Fun new geometric design, love the navy and bronze, perfect color pallet to bring in the new year!
Another adorable couple that got married this weekend, I just love their photos, Ali Brown does such amazing work. There are so many talented photographers in Utah, all though I do have my favorites of course and I love Ali Brown Studios. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Crandall! Thank you so much for having me design your invitations!
Sometimes simple and classic is the perfect option for an invitation design. Congratulations Jessalyn and Taylor! I loved designing your invitations!
It’s definitely starting to feel like fall lately, the mountains look amazing with all the colors changing. Thought I would share some fall loveliness today. Beautiful wedding invitation set with golden yellow, orange and navy with gold envelopes. Pretty paper blooms by the amazing Lovely Ave.
Happy Friday, hope you get to enjoy some weekend time outside in this pretty fall weather!
Just sharing a recent design today. I haven’t done a boutique folded invite in a few weeks, these style and cut are my favorite! I love the colors here, navy, gold and grey, so simple but looks great! Congratulations Mike and Kasie! I wish you all the best!
Love the classic look and feel of these boutique tri-fold invitations. I didn’t go too crazy with color and I think it turned out perfectly, I’m a big fan of navy.
Congratulations to Alexiane and Quinten!
